We created the website transwood.gr, an online store selling products in various categories. The website is managed by our company, transwood, which is headquartered in Drama.

Governing Law and Disputes

Visitors to the transwood.gr Online Store automatically agree that these Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Greek State for any dispute that may arise between users and the transwood.gr Online Store, and consequently transwood.gr. Any dispute related in any way to the use of the transwood.gr Online Store or to the products or services sold through it will first be attempted to be resolved out of court. If such a resolution cannot be reached, disputes and related matters will be resolved in the competent courts of Athens.

Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of our products, except in the following cases:

• • In the event that an incomplete or incorrect order is shipped.

• • In the event of a defective product.

Returns must be made no later than 14 days after the order is delivered to the address you provided, either by visiting our store in person (within the above time frame) or via courier (and the products must be delivered to our company within the above timeframe). In this case, you will not be charged for shipping costs, provided you use the same courier company that delivered your order. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product and let you know whether you are eligible for a refund or a replacement for your order.

You should also notify us in advance at info@transwood.gr.

Products must be in their original condition and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

We will issue a refund or replace your order immediately, after consulting with you.

If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the product.
